That’s the whole policy.

But people like to see names, so here’s the short version of what lands on my bench:

Nintendo. Sega. Sony PlayStation. Microsoft Xbox. SNK Neo Geo. NEC TurboGrafx. Atari. 3DO. Panasonic Q. Arcade boards. Weird hybrids. Strange imports. Frankensteined systems from previous owners.
