How It Works

Use the Contact form to tell me what happened. Vent all you want — and try to be as detailed as possible.

Then:

  • You ship me the console. I give it a full evaluation, free.

  • I tell you what's wrong, what it'll cost, and how I’ll fix it.

  • If we agree on price and work, I get started.

    • If something comes up while I’m in there. I tell you about it first. And you decide how to proceed.

  • When it's done, I ship it back — no charge for return shipping — with notes on everything I did.

  • You get your old friend back in action.

What about Mods?

Tell me in the contact form what you're wanting to do, and odds are I can do it.

Two options:

  • Send the mod part with the console, or

  • I source it for you — part cost plus a flat $15 for the sourcing, install is a flat $50 on top. You'll see all three numbers before anything happens — part, sourcing, install — really trying to make this easy on everyone. Your call, either way's fine.

A few honest things up front:

  • Some fixes I can't make. Old hardware doesn't always come back, and if I think yours won't, I'll tell you straight instead of running up a bill chasing it.

  • I treat a $30 console like a $1300 one. The work's the same either way.

  • You'll always know the price before I touch anything. Agree first, then I work.
